The floor space at the Ellenbrook office is 12.25 metres square.  3.5m x 3.5m.

The rent & outgoings payable are as follows:

1.     Rent – currently set at $31,328.64 per annum.  Monthly rental is $2,610.72 so a one half share is: $1,305.36.

2.     Budgeted outgoings – currently set at $2,855.55 per annum.  The monthly payment is $237.96 so a one half share is: $118.98.

3.     Cleaning of the office occurs every three weeks at a rate of $77.  A one half share is: $38.50.

4.     Window cleaning occurs usually once a month (generally) at a rate of $27.50 per clean.  A one half share is: $13.75.

5.     Electricity is recovered separately and is generally between $60-$100 per month.
