Ellenbrook is very lucky to now have a Naturopath and also a Health and Wellness expert – both based at The Ellenbrook Wellness Centre. Now regarding the Health & Wellness expert – well I was very kindly invited to come along for a ‘Detox Foot Spa’ treatment.  Jan Marie met me with her usual warmth and took me into her sanctuary – soft music playing, the smell of aromatherapy oils and the fresh towels gave a feeling of pampering and relaxation. I had the ‘Detox Foot Spa’, which is a foot spa with electric currents drawing out the toxins from your body.  The water started out clear and at the end of half an hour was an orange murky colour – obviously a few Christmas toxins to eliminate!!  Then comes the leg and foot massage, this involves hot rocks, a moisturising cream and much insight from Jan Marie.  I walked out feeling revitalised and relaxed.
