Just Local

Hello and Welcome to my first blog for Just Local -Ellenbrook. Wow, what a whirlwind the last six weeks have been – starting up a brand new website for Ellenbrook and surrounding suburbs – www.just-local.com.au . I had NO IDEA how much work was involved in doing this until I got started but Im thriving on the challenge of doing it myself !! Ive had lots of you ask me why??? what possessed you to start this up(especially when you have 3 young kids) …where did the idea come from…well it all began when I won three sessions with a Life Coach – Helen. I’d always wanted to start my own business but just had no idea what I was good at or how to go about it. Coaching helped me work that out and I was off – I’d always had lots of motivation to do this but never the practical advice to get it off the ground.
Here I am five months later having researched the idea, completed courses and gaining lots of advice and help and Im running a site that I love. So my philosophy now is start making steps towards what you really want in your life. Im learning that it doesnt all happen today….unfortunately, but if you work at it every day you do start to see the results. Look I could go on for hours (just ask my friends- phone calls are never short) but I’ll come back every now and then and update you on what Im up to and whats happening around our community.
