And are you fed up of the Traditional Christmas Dinner, and want to try creating A TASTE OF THE WORLD CHRISTMAS DINNER instead?

Well, here is a short Cookery course for all you potential Explorers out there who want to learn more about the culture as well as the tasty Cuisine from various Countries around the World.

Take a journey with your local ‘Chef-Explorer’ Brendan through different countries and re-visit your holiday experiences or get a taste of what you are missing!

Brendan has created a Christmas Menu using the recipes from his book , and will guide you through the prep and cookery as well as  in some cultural anecdotes from the specific country you explore.

Just in time to entertain your friends or family this Summer and festive season!
